It is one step in their plan to slowly shift toward one-world government, which has been their goal since the organization was founded in 1921. They also want to take away our civil liberties bit by bit, in a way that nobody notices.

The Council on Foreign Relations is the organization that gave us the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" that Bush signed in 2005 with the president of Mexico and the prime minister of Canada, which expands on NAFTA to the extent that it threatens our sovereignty.
